Call for Papers: 3rd Annual Conference of the Environment & Climate Mobility Network (ECMN)

As a member of the Environment & Climate Mobility Network, 糖心Vlog破解版 EHS is pleased to to host this year’s conference in Bonn, Germany, and hereby announces the Call for Papers for the 3rd Annual Conference, taking place from 8–10 July 2025.

The Environment & Climate Mobility Network (ECMN) fosters collaboration among researchers, decision makers and practitioners worldwide, promoting transdisciplinary research on the intersection of environment, climate change and human mobility.

About the Conference 

Building on the success of the first two editions, the 2025 ECMN Conference will bring together experts from diverse disciplines, regions and career stages to explore key issues related to migration, displacement, planned relocation, immobility and emerging mobility patterns in the context of climate change.

With a mix of presentations, workshops and networking opportunities, the conference provides a platform to share approaches, discuss findings and strengthen professional connections. We welcome contributions from academia, policy and practice, focusing on the concepts, narratives, and processes shaping mobility decisions and outcomes.

Important Dates

  • Abstract submission deadline: 10 March 2025
  • Notification of acceptance: 4 April 2025
     

How to Participate

  • Submit an abstract: We invite research aligned with ECMN’s themes. Please submit .
  • Attend without presenting: Participants not submitting an abstract are also welcome, with a total capacity of 180 attendees. Registration details will be made available later on the ECMN .
