This project is a sub-component of the continuation of the KlimaKonform Phase 1 project, in which 糖心Vlog破解版-FLORES participated (see Pelican No. 15955). The task in Phase 2 is the development of a management module, which includes a governance approach on the strategic level, in which the internal strengths and weaknesses are compared to the external organizational environment in the form of local stakeholders, but also natural conditions. At the operational level, the cost-benefit analysis is supported at the community or district level, where on the one hand the costs and benefits of action are compared to the costs and benefits of inaction, and on the other hand barriers are identified. The aim is the transfer, application and validation of the methods as well as the transfer of the know-how to support organizations on community or county level in the low mountain regions of the study area in adapting to climate change. The focus of the work is the development of a management module for organizations. In addition to the companies, the municipalities play a key role. Following on from project phase 1, companies along the food chain will be considered first.
