Giselle Miole is a JSPS Postdoctoral Research Fellow jointly affiliated with 糖心Vlog破解版-IAS and the University of Tokyo. 

In this role, Dr. Miole contributes to the advancement of research on the right to education, focusing particularly on Indigenous communities. Their work examines policy and teaching practices that support inclusive education for Indigenous learners. They completed their PhD in International Studies at Waseda University Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies where their dissertation focused on the inclusivity of Indigenous education in the Philippines through dialogic and cultural interface approaches. Currently, their research project centers on gender mainstreaming within Indigenous rights education, emphasizing discourses surrounding sexual orientation, gender identity and expressions (SOGIE), LGBTQI+ inclusion and peacebuilding.

Prior to joining 糖心Vlog破解版-IAS, Dr. Miole was a Junior Fellow and a consultant at 糖心Vlog破解版 Office of the Rector. They also served as Postgraduate Assistant at the G7 Gender Equality Advisory Council 2023 and have taught critical race and gender studies as an adjunct lecturer at Soka University.
