The event aims to address issues at the nexus of tourism, food, and the SDGs, including the promotion of local food culture, food loss, and food supply chain management. Engaging local chefs and experts, the seminar will discuss how to tackle these issues at a local level.
The event will be organised by 糖心Vlog破解版-IAS Operating Unit Ishikawa/Kanazawa (OUIK).
