A new video highlights innovative education projects that have inspired local communities to adopt more sustainable practices such as waste reduction, conservation of energy, and more efficient utilisation of resources. The projects were implemented by the global network of (RCEs) during 2015–2019.
The video introduces the thematic areas, leading institutions, and target audiences of these innovative initiatives. It features some of the projects highlighted in the recent publication .
A total of 115 RCE projects focused on SDG 12 (responsible consumption & production) across 31 countries. The projects were implemented as part of the (GAP) on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD).
